Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Simple Reverse Search (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.
The Service
Simple Reverse Search provides tools to perform reverse image search using third-party search engines including Google, Microsoft Bing, and Yandex. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee that the App will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, or that search results will be accurate, complete, or up to date. Search results are generated by third-party services and are not under our control.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to:
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
- Infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party
- Upload, search for, or transmit content you do not have the legal right to use
- Harass, stalk, threaten, or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Scrape, overload, or otherwise interfere with the App or its related systems
- Circumvent technical limitations, security controls, or access restrictions
- Use the App for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose
You are solely responsible for your use of search results and for complying with applicable laws and the terms of third-party services.
Your Content
You retain all rights to images and content you submit through the App. By using the App, you grant us only the limited rights necessary to operate its core functionality — specifically, transmitting your selected images to third-party search engines on your behalf. We do not store images on our servers. Images are transmitted directly to third-party search services and are subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
Subscriptions and Payments
The App offers optional subscription plans (Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly) that unlock premium features. Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store and managed through RevenueCat. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- Your Apple ID account will be charged upon confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period
- You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings
- No refunds are provided for unused portions of an active subscription period
- Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice

Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY OF SEARCH RESULTS, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, or be free of errors, viruses, or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, LICENSORS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (USD $50).
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain liability exclusions or limitations. In such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Simple Reverse Search and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the App
- Content you submit or transmit through the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used the App in violation of these Terms, please contact us and we will take appropriate action. This section is consistent with our Privacy Policy.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms, or for legal, security, or operational reasons, without prior notice or liability.
The following sections will survive termination: Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Oregon, except where consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the App where required by law. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
